Enjoy a closer relationship with art

Becoming a Patron will give you a rewarding relationship with Manchester Art Gallery. As well as making a significant commitment to our work, you will have a personal and individual relationship with staff at the Gallery.

Being a Patron will allow you to explore our work in great detail, as well as giving you access to our most prestigious events and behind the scenes tours.

You can join as a Patron at 3 different levels.

Bronze Patron

£500 per year (or £450 if you pay by Direct Debit)

•All Manchester Art Gallery Friend and Best Friend benefits
•A personal welcome tour by one of our curators
•Invitations to our private view receptions of new exhibitions
•An invitation to our exclusive summer party
•A thank you on our website
•Invitations to all Friends events and to all our exclusive Patrons events
•Behind the scenes access with opportunities to attend limited edition events taking you right to the heart of our collections
•An invitation to our Christmas party held for our Friends, Best Friends and Patrons
•Insight into contemporary art with opportunities to attend events organised by our specialist contemporary art curator introducing you to artists and gallerists and helping you to gain insight into the world of collecting

Silver Patron

£1250 per year (or £1200 if you pay by Direct Debit)

All of the above benefits plus

•A guided tour of your choice for you and 4 guests led by a specialist curator
•A private behind the scenes tour of the Gallery of Costume led by Dr Miles Lambert for you and 4 guests

Gold Patron

£3000 per year (or £2900 if you pay by Direct Debit)

All of the above benefits plus

•A private drinks reception with our Director
•A guided tour of 1 exhibition per year of your choice for you and 10 guests led by specialist curator
•Acknowledgment on our supporters Thank you board within the Gallery entrance hall
