Francisco Goya Y Lucientes 1746 - 1828

Summary

A grotesque male figure with his hands clasped is sitting on a stool in the centre of a gathering. A small dog looks for shelter at his feet. Standing figures wearing clerical clothes surround the seated man pointing menacingly at him with lewd smiles on their faces. One of them carries a syringe. A man riding a horse can be seen on the background.
