Summary

Horned cattle in a landscape. Two animals are lying side by side in the foreground and are seen in profile. The one nearest the viewer is facing to the right, the one behind is facing to the left. There is a third animal in the background at the top right, and a fourth in the upper left background is pawing at the ground with his right foot. Plants grow in the foreground and partly obscure the cattle. The palette is limited using only beige, olive green, and two shades of a rust-coloured brown.
