sleeveless dress in nut brown suede, to be worn over a jumper or blouse, with straps running from waist seam over shoulders to a point cb, fastening with a presstud; cb placket below waist with 3 presstuds; gathering at front waist under bust; section at waist, wider to sides and with matching section at back with attached tab and buckle to fit; burnished metal angular buckle stamped "Thierry Mugler"; skirt on the cross in 4 flaring panels with vertical darts at waist; 2 pockets at back over bottom. Woven label cb, silver and black on blue "Thierry Muger, Paris,"; separate written label "Style 1187; Size 38; Color 17" Thierry Mugler started his own label in 1974 and opened his first Paris boutique in 1978. His fashion house remained under his control until 2003.
