Summary

Landscape seen from a high vantage-point with dense woodland either side of a body of water and a distant mountain range on the horizon. In the foreground are two female figures carrying pitchers. One is leaning on the wall of a bridge. In the middle ground, a herd of sheep are being driven by two male figures across a viaduct which runs parallel to the bridge.
