Three Studies of a Horse
Summary
Three study drawings of horses pasted onto a secondary support. At the top is a horse facing to the left; the primary support has been trimmed, leaving the horse with no head. At the centre is a line drawing of the head of a horse, facing to the left. At the bottom is a horse facing to the right, again the support has been trimmed but in this case the head of the horse has been drawn in on the secondary support. The lower horse is a reversed drawing of the horse at the top.
