Summary

An oval box with slightly spreading sides, a plain brass mount and a hinged lid with a mirror inside. Enamel on metal and painted on the lid with a flower spray in raised white enamel on an ultramarine ground, encircled by a running border of holly leaves and berries on a white band with a circle of raised white dots. The body of the box is ultramarine blue.
