Summary

Three-quarter length, left side portrait of a well-dressed man smoking a pipe, known as E. H. Mooney. The figure looks quizically to the left, with his left arm folded, resting this hand on his right arm. The figure wears a grey suit with a blue painted underlayer, which shows through especially at the edges of the jacket, he wears a tie in the same blue colour, as well as a white shirt with a short, upturned collar, he wears a black waistcoat beneath his suit jacket. The background is white.
