Summary
Raised convex oval crown and wide brim. Decorated CF crown with a flower compiled of four segments of two tone brown felt. Also two lengths of wire covered in brown Petersham run from side to CF of crown. Edge of brim and base of crown trimmed with similar Petersham. Unlined except inner band with label.
