Summary
Black voile entirely covered in silver sequins stitched in vertical rows. Edged in black picot braid. Reverse lined in black voile. Sticks of ebony, cloute over the whole surface with steel pailettes. Front guards similar; reverse guard plain. Fixed rivet with black washers and silver metal loop.
