Summary
Public: Bowl, bone china, with 'Old Sung' transmutation glaze of swirling reds and blues, pooled in well. Private: Broad shallow bowl, heavily potted with curving sides and inverted rim, on wide footring. Decorated with blue and red 'Old Sung' transmutation glaze, bright mottled blue on sides, with silvery splashes on rim. Pools of glaze in well of bowl give large circles of swirling red and yellow with blue patches, smaller patches of red/yellow swirling colours round edges of well.
