Summary
Round hat with medium broad brim. The brim is now slightly upcurved but may originally have been worn downcurved, and been changed in storage. Low slightly domed crown, with a band of matching dark navy ribbon, twisted at right hand side front and tied in two bows at back. Black artificial silk sweatband. Black elastic added.
