Dark brown imitation fur/plush hat. Deep pile plush. Lined with brown artificial silk. Edge of the hat is bound with slightly elasticated brown braid inside. Worn by Anne Buck, Keeper of the gallery of costume to Buckingham Palace, when she received her OBE in 1971
