Summary
Boater style hat, with a flat round crown with a slight dip in the top. Flat wide brim. Woven straw has a zig-zag pattern in bands around it. Front of brim is decorated with an assortment of plastic fruit of different textures, and birght colours and white and blue fabric flowers, with wired stalks and green leaves of plastic coated fabric. Four strands of the flowers and fruit. A scarf of olive green nylon, presumably meant to be draped around the neck, is sewn to the underside of the brim.
