Summary
Wide brimmed hat of stiff material covered in blue nylon. Quite high crown, sides covered in draped nylon, in several folds. Brim covered lossely in more nylon. Front and left are decorated with four large red imitation silk roses, with plastic stalks & paper leaves. Under the nylon, the brim is covered with blue artificial silk, while the inside is again covered in gathered blue nylon. Lined with blue artificial silk.
