Summary

Cap style hat, in blue plastic net, covered in strips of more net, twisted and sewn into loops. the loops are intermingled with shiny blue raffia style ribbon, also sewn into loops. On crown of head is a blue satin bow. Small peak at front, also of blue satin. Lined with grey artificial silk. Rest of hat stitched with blue plastic thread.
