Summary

White card with black and white diagonally striped border. Contains six pieces of cloth, trapezoid in shape, to which are stitched four buttons of each colour, in order of size, the smallest at the top. the buttons are all of clear plastic sealing and silver glitter covered base. The clear plastic is printed with a design in squares in colours. On white fabric - white squares. On dark brown fabric - brown and white squares. On blue - blue and pale blue. On green - green and pale green. On red - red and pink. On black - black and grey.
