Summary

A cylindrical double bonbonniere with both top and bottom opening as hinged lids within plain mounts. Enamel on metal and transfer printed and painted over on one lid with a print in brown of a landscape scene with a lady seated under a tree and a gentleman reclining on a mound beside her. The other lid is painted with a bouquet of flowers. The sides are painted with three sprays of flowers divided by blue scrolls in raised enamel with white dots.
