Summary

An oval box with straight sides, rounded base and a lid with a mirror inside (cracked), hinged within a plain brass mount. Enamel on metal and transfer printed on the lid in sepia with a print of a female figure in classical dress holding a wreath of olive with another in her hair, leaning against a rock and setting fire with a torch to a pile of arms; above is the inscription 'Unity Peace & Plenty', on a white ground. The body of the box is green.
