Summary

A tall octagonal box with a lip to the top edge and slightly sloping shoulders, with a metal rim to the base. Enamel on metal and painted all over with one large spray of flowers and numerous smaller ones, between which are blue stars some of which are joined together by blue dots to form diamond shapes, on a white ground.
