Summary

Slightly swollen cylindrical jug with inverted foot, plain loop handle and slightly up-turned sparrow beak lip. Painted round rim with a border of one yellow ochre and two blue bands, from which is suspended four deep festoons of simple brown husks on a blue stem, terminating in a blue, green and ochre flower at lowest point of loop. Within each festoon loop, three groups of four small brown dots surround a central eight-petalled blue and ochre flower. Between each festoon hangs a single blue stem terminating in green and ochre flowers and brown leaves. Plain blue band round lower body beneath handle terminal, back of handle picked out in a blue herringbone pattern.
