Summary

Globular teapot on circular footring, with hexagonal S-shaped spout, loop handle with pinched spur at lower terminal, and short straight neck. Finely marbled blue, dark brown, light brown and white earthenware body, marbled clays laid in broad sections to give uneven pattern of blue and brown streaks with predominant patches of plain white. Blue and brown colours have bled into the glaze. Cover missing.
