Summary

A bottle of rectangular form with the short sides being convex with a tapering neck and a brass cap fitted with a plain brass stopper. Enamel on metal and painted in colours on the two long sides with panels of a landscape with classical ruins on one side and a spray of flowers on the other, the shorter sides are painted with panels of sprays of flowers all outlined in gold on a blue ground decorated with lines, dots and scrolls in gold.
