Summary

Public: An oblong box with splayed sides and a domed, hinged lid within a chased metal mount. Enamel on metal and painted in colours on the lid with a small spray of flowers surrounding which is a key pattern of a band of yellow and white mesh pattern decorated with random floral sprigs. The sides are decorated with the same key pattern all on a white ground. Private: An oblong box with splayed sides and a domed, hinged lid within a chased metal mount. Enamel on metal and painted in colours on the centre of the lid with a small spray of flowers bordered by a band of yellow and white mesh design with a dot border to both sides. Surrounding this the same border is used to create a second border of key pattern decorated with random floral sprigs. The sides are decorated with the same border of key pattern decorated with random floral spigs. All on a white ground.
