Summary

Pink mauve woollen cloth (merino). Boned bodice, lined with striped sateen, fastening down front. Front of lace, fixed beneath separate top of bodice which forms a bolero. V-shaped neckline outlined in plum coloured velvet. High standing collar of lace, boned. Short, full sleeves. Fitting undersleeves of lace to wrist. Separate skirt, fastening at left front. Slight train. Wide belt of plum-coloured velvet. Belt bones covered in white tape and tape ties, added for photography in 1969.
