Gathered at front neck, falling in folds over bust. Low wide neck trimmed with red silk ribbon with red and white striped braid attached to white net flounce, trimmed with long white silk fringe. Short sleeves, open underarm, trimmed with red velvet ribbon and white silk fringe. Full skirt with embroidery.
