Summary

Public: Globular teapot, white salt-glazed stoneware, with crabstock handle and spout, three mask and paw feet, and applied and stamped relief decoration of fruiting vines and scrollwork. Private: Globular teapot with crabstock handle and spout, short cylindrical neck, and three feet in the form of a paw surmounted by a mask. Body decorated with applied relief twisting vines embellished with stamped leaves and fruit, and also randomly applied stamped formal rosette and scrolls. Shallow domed cover, with flattened rim and bird finial, decorated with stamped reliefs of bunch of grapes, leaf and scrollwork motif. Small hole pierced in front of bird finial.
