White metal tongs, each half formed of 2 parallel metal wires opening out to form loop handles at one end, joined to each other by swivel pin, 1 tong ending in 2 flattened wires threaded by a separate wire at right angles, the separate wire dividing and joined by curved metal through continsing tube of rubber, the ends attached to the wires of the other tong. Handles painted puce enamel and remains of mascara on 1 metal bar.
