Summary

Flattened globular teapot, with short cylindrical neck, hexagonal S-shaped spout and tapering loop handle with flattened splayed lower terminal. Domed circular cover with flattened rim and Chinese kylin finial, hole pierced to one side. Finely marbled blue, brown and white earthenware body, marbled clays laid in horizontal strips giving even finely streaked pattern, predominantly blue. Blue and brown have bled slightly into the glaze.
