Summary

Public: Pear-shaped lidded milk jug with cauliflower moulding, cream coloured earthenware, lead glaze stained green for leaves around lower body. Private: Pear-shaped milk jug on flat circular foot, tapering to tall cylindrical neck with sparrow beak lip. Cream coloured body moulded in relief with cauliflower florets around neck and with four large textured leaves, curled at the edges, around lower body. Lead glaze coloured green on leaves, reserving cream coloured cauliflower florets and interior. Restored plain strap loop handle painted green. Domed cream coloured cover with flattened rim and button finial, moulded with cauliflower florets.
