Summary

Circular dessert plate with broad shallow well and sloping rim moulded with undulating feathered edge. Cream coloured body sponged with manganese brown oxide bleeding into rich lead-glaze, resulting in mottled dark brown and cream pattern, with daubs of yellow, blue and green scattered around well and on rim. Two small bubbles in glaze to rim. Even mottled brown decoration to underside with small patch of blue on rim.
