Two-part press-moulded figure of a soldier in uniform and tricorn hat, standing against tree stump on small circular mound with left leg slightly forward, and right arm raised to waist. Pale cream coloured earthenware, details picked out in underglaze colours, to give brown eyes and details to hat, uniform and shoes, blue wig, neckband and gaiters, green sash at waist and green tree stump and base.
