Summary

Press-moulded figure of a soldier on horseback, with applied moulded and modelled details, including long cloak (broken off), rifle held in right hand (broken off), and sheathed sword against left side. Royal cipher 'GR' impressed on pommels to either side of saddle, impressed crown flanked by indistinct intials to front of soldier's plumed helmet. High rectangular plinth with tapering fluted sides with impressed borders of cheque and cross patterns. Deep cream coloured earthenware body.
