2 alike hat forms. Wire mesh and pinkish brown plain weave cotton. Curved band of wire mesh, edged with metal, held in trucated cone shape. Fabric stretched over small end and sides and gathered up over edge of base. Stout wire across diameter of small end, up sides, and projecting horizontally through fabric for 2.5cm beyond edge of base.
