Summary

Public: Circular slop bowl, cream coloured earthenware, with applied relief fruiting and floral vines, decorated with mottled brown underglaze oxide bleeding into lead glaze, reliefs picked out in gilt. Private: Circular slop bowl with turned spreading footring and everted rim. Applied relief decoration to sides of two undulating grapevines embellished with stamped leaves, fruit and two roses. Cream coloured earthenware body sponged with manganese brown underglaze oxide, bleeding into glaze to give mottled and streaky pattern, applied reliefs picked out in gilt.
