Summary
Black velvet ribbon trimmed with facet-cut steel beads and buckle. At centre front a buckle studded with tiny steel beads. Bars of beads in pairs to form 17 V's each side of buckle, and graduating loops of beads in pairs suspended below buckle. Fastening centre back with 2 hooks and 3 sets of worked bars.
