Summary

Public: Oval sweetmeat bowl, with pierced openwork border and wavy feather-edge. Plain cream coloured earthenware. Private: Oval sweetmeat bowl curving in to everted oval foot with cable border. Fluted border to lower body, surmounted by pierced diamond border beneath wavy relief-moulded feather-edged rim. Two acanthus handles, applied at each end beneath rim and embellished with applied relief pendant foliate loops. Pale cream coloured body with yellowish glaze.
