Summary

Black cotton satin over white cotton in herringbone weave, trimmed with brown and yellow cotton braid. Front fastening with 5 metal catches. Back fastening with black cord lace. Boned. Pointed at front waist. Top edge scalloped braid with crosses embroidered in yellow cotton below. Bottom edged with embroidered crosses from sides back to centre front. Stiffened cotton waistband. Also yellow lace, yellow ribbon, red ribbon, yellow and red ribbon rosette.
