Child's hat, possibly worn by a woman. Dark blue-black plush stiffened with buckram. Lined black silk; brimless shape in two sections, flat elliptical top with 3.8cm vertical sides. Beige ostrich feather tipped with red fixed into join of sections at CF and flattened back over crown. Black elastic loop attached to either side.
