Picked out in high temperature underglaze colours to give scattered floral sprigs to dress, with yellow ochre hem and cuffs, brown edged bodice, yellow and brown shawl, brown shoes and deep brown hat tied over mob cap with blue bow beneath chin, face picked out in brown and orange. Bottle, goblet and handle picked out in brown, cushion edged in orange, with single brown band to plinth. Finely crazed blue pearlware glaze. pattern : Martha Gunn.
