Baby's white cotton petticoat, lozenge weave. Single length open down CB, fastening with drawstring at top edge, pair of tape ties below. Horizontal slit for arm each side, with gusset each side of underarms, and embroidered frill round armhole excpet at underarm. Dart below armhole.
