Summary

Baby's cream flannel petticoat. Single width open down CB, fastening with silk ribbon ties at neck. More ties below neck and towards hem. Back and hem edges featherstitched. Armhole cut out of top edge each side, neck bound with ribbon, binding continuing over shoulder to form straps fastening with button to back of shoulder. Three featherstitched tucks down front from neck to waist, another each side of back. Tuck under arm each side without featherstitching.
