Summary
Baby's petticoat. White cotton trimmed bobbin lace (East Midlands) bodice in on straight section, straight neckline, shaped for arms, binding on wrong side of neck continued over shoulder to form shoulder straps. CB opening fastening with two pearl buttons and loops, and drawstring at waist. Skirt gathered to bodice, back and front in one section, flared section each side. Four tucks above broad hem. Neck, armholes and hem trimmed with lace.
