Girl's petticoat. Red flannel. Wide shaped waistband, red twilled wool lined with white cotton, fastening CB with three linen buttons and buttonholes. Petticoat in three widths and one straight section, pleated to waistband. Hem worked with carnation design in black silk worked in chain stitch.
