Boys' petticoat. White cotton. Round neck trimmed with lace, no sleeves. Front to low waist in one flared section. Back to waist in one flared section each side of CB opening. Fastening with drawstring at neck, four linen buttons and buttonholes below, drawstring at waist. Short skirt in two sections, gathered to waist, two tucks above hem.
