Summary

Girl's petticoat, white flannelette. Round neck, no sleeves. Front and back in one section continuous over one shoulder, the other shoulder open and fastening with two buttons and buttonholes. Flared at sides, extra fullness of skirt gathered to short horizontal seam over each hip. Neck and armhole edges worked with blanket stitch.
