Child's petticoat. White mercerised cotton, trimmed lace. Round neck, edged with 1.3cm lace. Open CB to waist, fastening with mother-of-pearl buttons. In two sections seamed at sides, flaring to hem. Sleeveless armholes edged with 1.3cm lace. Triangular gusset from under arm to waist.
