Summary

Baby's petticoat, Utility. White fleecy brushed cotton. Sleeveless. Neck and armholes bound with tape. Bodice seamed across shoulders, right side seam split open and bound with tape, back edges extending in point, beyond edges of skirt, each point ending in a tape, left back tape slottting through split int sideseam and tying to RB tape at front. V-shaped section attached to underside of CF and topstitched. Skirt in one section, edges bound tape, open all down CB, gathered on to waist. Label at inside back stamped "CC 41".
