Summary

Child's dress. White cotton satin printed with pink daisies growing in grass. Fronts to hem each in one section, seamed at hem, fastening to round neck with band of openwork embroidery, with bone buttons and buttonholes. Hook and eye (missing) at neck. Back to hem in two sections. Hood, in one section seamed down back and lined with white cotton satin, attached to neck and pleated to side neck. Short sleeves in two sections. Front trimmed broad flounce, not gathered, edged with bias fold of white cotton satin at top and bottom, scalloped openwork embroidered trimming like that at neck at bottom. Back below waist trimmed with four pleated frills, each edged with white cotton satin, the bottom one extending all round hem.
