Boy's dress. Fawn linen and bright blue satin. Square neck. CF section, tapering to waist, widening to hem, of linen embroidered with cut-work over satin. Cut-work linen frill each side of centre panel on bodice extending over shoulder to back waist. Bodice front in two shaped sections each side. Bodice back in one section each side of CB opening, fastening with three linen buttons. Short sleeves in one section pleated to shoulder, cut work at edges over blue satin ribbon. Side fronts of skirt in one flared section pleated to bodice each side. Back in one flared section pleated to bodice, side-front and back hem embroidered cutwork over satin ribbon.
